Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with the items you have ordered for any reason, you have the right to return them within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). All details can be found in our returns policy.

Register your return*
If you have an account, go to my account and create a RMA via "My Orders". If you have ordered without opening an account please use the online return form.

Returning free of charge*
After you've registered your return or exchange with us a return label with two confirmations of receipt attached will be send to you by E-mail. The return label is the section with the barcode on it. Please apply this over the old address sticker on the parcel box.
Take both confirmation of receipt with you when you go to the DPD Pickup Shop nearest you. One of the confirmations of receipt is for the DPD Pickup Shop, the other is to be signed by an employee of the DPD Shop and returned to you. This is your proof that you have delivered the items to be returned. You will be able to follow your parcel via the track&trace code found on your copy of the confirmation of receipt.
You will not be required to pay the postal charge of returning your package.

Returns
We will fully reimburse to you (by the same means of payment used for the original transaction) the amount you paid for the product, as well as the cost of the cheapest delivery option we offer (in case you return all items ordered). We will reimburse you within 4 days after the day we receive the product back from you.

Exchanges
In the online return form you can fill in which article you are returning and which article you would like to have delivered to replace it. If there is a price difference your account will be credited or you will be required to pay the difference. Please find all our bank information on the contact page. Immediately after we have received your return package we will send you the new article.

Please note
We are entitled to make a deduction from the reimbursement amount for any loss in value of the product if the loss results from unnecessary handling of the product by you.
To ensure full reimbursement:

  • Register your return within 14 days after delivery.
  •  Send back the items without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you register your return.
  • Return the item to us unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was delivered (including all original tags and labels attached).
  • Prevent shipping damage of the items by using the original parcel box.
